Welcome to Viddex.nl! Our goal is to build a safe, creative, and respectful platform where everyone can share and discover videos. To keep Viddex.nl positive and welcoming, all users must follow these Community Guidelines.

Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

1. Respect Others

  • Treat other members with kindness and respect.

  • No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.

  • Respect people’s privacy – do not share personal information without consent.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share content that includes:

  • Illegal material (including drugs, weapons, or criminal activity).

  • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability.

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content.

  • Graphic violence, gore, or dangerous acts.

  • Copyright-infringing content (upload only content you own or have permission to share).

3. Protecting Minors

  • Content that exploits or endangers children is strictly forbidden and will be reported to law enforcement.

  • If minors appear in your video, it must be appropriate, safe, and follow all legal requirements.

4. Authenticity

  • Do not upload spam, scams, or misleading content.

  • Fake engagement (bots, fake views, fake likes) is not allowed.

  • Impersonating other creators, brands, or public figures is prohibited.

5. Upload Standards

  • Follow our technical upload limits (e.g., max file size and duration).

  • Make sure your titles, descriptions, and tags accurately represent your video.

  • Thumbnails must not contain shocking, violent, or sexually suggestive imagery.

6. Reporting & Moderation

  • If you see content that breaks these rules, click the Report button.

  • Our moderation team reviews reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.

  • Repeat or severe violations may lead to a permanent ban.

7. Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity, violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Content removal

  • Temporary account suspension

  • Permanent account ban

  • Reporting to authorities (for illegal content)

8. Updates to Guidelines

These rules may be updated as our community grows. Users will be notified of major changes.
